We originally thought we were years away from being able to find a home anywhere near the South Bay within our budget, but Devin Jensen periodically sent properties to us for months until we found the perfect fit. Throughout the process he was extremely educational and patient, and persuaded us to view more to see what was out there before jumping the gun on a few of the early houses we visited. He got our offer accepted over 3 others, secured us a $10,000 credit after the home under appraised, and even went so far as to personally guarantee my deposit when we concerned about waiving certain contingencies. Although the seller put us on an extremely strict time table, Devin spoke with their agent, the escrow officer, and my loan officer almost daily to keep everyone on track (nights and weekends included). He advised us on remodel ideas and was familiar with the costs associated as well as offering vendors to bid it for us, and was able to help us close escrow in under 30 days. Jensen Real Estate Group is the definition of full service. Buying a property is already maddening enough, why add to the pile of stress and settle for mediocre, “cookie cutter” type service, when you can have it custom tailored to your needs. I am constantly traveling for work and often times not easy to get ahold of due to the nature of my work.
